Feed The Gators!

Daytona has been a blast so far. On Monday, Matt and I went to Universal Studios. We had a really fun time. The crowd down here has not picked up yet, so we experienced very few lines to wait in. The rides were fun, although, we both didn’t really think that it was so geared for kids. We made fun of ourselves while in line for rides like ET, where you sit on a makeshift bike thing and ride through an ET land. But, the 4-d, 3-d rides were really, really neat. We also spent a lot of our time just relaxing by the beach and pool. Last night, we went to play mini-golf, finally. Every time that we were ready to walk out the door, it rained. The course was extremely fun and our highlight of the night we found there: Feeding Alligators! That’s right, folks, we feed alligators. OK, OK, it wasn’t such a big deal. They were very little, baby gators and we fed them with a little fishing pole thing. It was fun anyhow. I was quite surprised at how strong those tiny alligators were. After mini-golf and gator feeding, we were first-timers at a local, Southern eatery; Sonics. Whew, was that good! Then, off to a cute Irish bar for us. I have no clue why we always find Irish bars to patronize, but we somehow do. It was empty too, but that allowed us to enjoy our Irish beers and the pool table. Today, we are off to Islands of Adventure and then Spider Man 3 in DLP. Don’t be jealous, Eric.
