The Carr Show

A Well Watered Kitchen Floor

The second act of destruction in the Carr household was performed two nights ago.  Again, Matt and I are pretty sure that this act was in no way a malicious attempt to destroy our house, but more an accident of sorts.  Eve and Cooper are the best of friends.  I find this to be extremely amusing as Cooper weighs 1 lb and we expect Eve to be an easy 100 lb dog.  But, every time Cooper is out of his cage, Eve is right behind him attempting to grab him before he can scurry off.  Just when it seems that Eve might be too rough, we hear her squeal as Cooper just bit her nose.  We will continue to let them be great buddies until  it seems unsafe.  For now,  "The Coop" as we  call him, is holding his own ground.  Sometimes it seems that Eve forgets she is much bigger than Cooper and this is precisely the reason that our kitchen floor ended up being watered thoroughly.  Eve was chasing Cooper around and he went flying behind the refrigerator.  Eve right on his tail, followed him.  Sadly for Eve, there is water tubing behind the fridge that she caught in her mouth just before she got stuck.  Her little shark teeth penetrated the tubing pretty easily and it resulting in water seeping out of the tube and onto the floor.  Lucky for us, Matt saw the water quickly and he works in the water field and fixed the problem.  Now, if we can only get our little hoss to figure out that she isn’t as small as she would like to believe.
